2. Each shift must check whether the smoke generator of the machine is functioning properly, whether there is an open flame, and whether the wood pellets are sufficient.
3. Each shift must inspect the entire machine for defects such as air leaks and smoke leaks, and any such issues must be promptly addressed if found.
4. Protect the electrical control system of the steaming and fumigating machine well, and prevent water from splashing onto the control box to avoid unnecessary losses.
5. After each shift, the interior of the box needs to be cleaned thoroughly, and the ash from the wood pellet smoke generator should be promptly cleaned up.
The steaming and fumigating oven should undergo regular maintenance and upkeep to promptly address any adverse factors. In case of an emergency shutdown due to abnormal conditions, quickly press the emergency button to cut off the peripheral power supply of the system, and simultaneously halt all programs of the steaming and fumigating machine. The button can only be released to resume production after the fault has been resolved. |
