1. Operation
True meat grinding is relatively simple, but it requires considerable force, so it is best performed by a male or with the assistance of two people. When grinding dumpling fillings, it is advisable to first grind a large green onion before grinding the meat, as this will significantly reduce the effort required for grinding. Wash the meat, cut it into strips, and gradually feed it into the grinder (the more meat you feed in, the more effort it will take). After grinding the meat, the grinder can also be used to grind a green onion, potatoes, or other vegetables. To put it bluntly, this is a form of disguised cleaning and can also reduce the waste of minced meat.
2. Cleaning
First, prepare clean toothbrushes, test tube brushes, and other auxiliary supplies. Then, disassemble the machine in the opposite direction, remove the meat pieces and debris from the machine cavity, soak the machine in warm water containing detergent, use a toothbrush and other tools to clean all the parts one by one, and then rinse it twice with tap water. Finally, place it in a cool and ventilated place to drain. |
